Thank you so much for supporting my small art business. Every order is carefully packed and prepared by hand.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Please note that processing time (the time it takes me to prepare your order) is separate from shipping time (the time it takes the carrier to deliver it).
Mail Club Shipping
The Mail Club is a monthly subscription.
• Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
• The cutoff date to join, skip, or cancel is the 15th of the month prior.
• Mail Club orders are shipped by the 16th of each month.
Once shipped, you will not receive tracking information. To keep costs low, tracking is not applicable and mail is shipped using a forever stamp.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather. P
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping provider.
If your package appears lost, please:
1 Check your tracking information
2 Contact the carrier directly
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. Please give ample time for packages to deliver. Sometimes international orders take longer to arrive than you may think. For Snail Mail please give 6 weeks for a letter to deliver.
