Thank you so much for supporting my small art business. Every piece is created and packed with care, and I truly appreciate your support.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited, small-batch nature of my artwork and subscription releases, all sales are final.
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selections
• Buyer’s remorse
• Subscription payments once charged
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, I will absolutely make it right.
Please email me through the contact form within 5 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
If approved, I will offer either:
• A replacement (if available), or
• A refund to your original payment method
Requests made after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible.

Mail Club / Subscription Orders
The Mail Club is a recurring subscription.
• Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
• The cutoff date to cancel or skip is the 15th of the previous month.
• Once a subscription payment has processed, it is non-refundable.
If you experience an issue with your subscription delivery, please reach out within 5 days of receipt.

Shipping & Delivery
I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If a package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to help.
